PB Khao Yai Reserve Shiraz 2009

Carefully selected grapes at optimum ripeness handcrafted into rich and ripe full body red, with complexity and good tannin support.  This wine has intense aromas of red berries, black fruits, papaya, raisin and tobacco combined with a touch of pepper, roasted coconut and distinctive hint of oak, from being partly aged in French oak for 18 months. It can be enjoyed now with red meat dishes or even on its own, or be kept in a cellar for another 4-5 years. Recommended serving temperature at 15-18 ºC.
