Khaoyai Winery established in 1997 with an indoor operational area of 3,000 square metres and considered as the most technologically advanced and the largest winery in South East Asia. From best selected equipment and machinery imported directly from Italy and Germany with capability of producing 600,000 bottles of wine per year make us the leader in Thai wine industries.
The winery is sub divided into 4 main sections with facilities as follows

Front section is an area of office, video presentation room and main visitor hall.

Mid section consists of climate controlled cellar where 220 litres (Barrique) and 310 Litres (Hogshead) French oak barrels are kept, Bottling hall with semi automatic bottling line system that is capable of bottling 2,500 bottles per hour and climate controlled stock warehouse.

Inner section is strictly climate controlled and consists of Fermentation hall with close-system stainless steel fermentation tanks individually equipped with cooling jacket, Aging hall with various sizes stainless still tanks and 12,000 litres French oak vessels.
4.
Rear Section is an area of grapes receival and dispatch area with 10 and 15 tones close-system stainless steel fermentors equipped with cooling jacket and programmable vertical punching system. Remaining area consists of cold room, storage, distillation hall and brandy cellar.
