Shiraz or Syrah |

Shiraz is doing very well in Thailand, giving high yield per hectare (around 6 tones)and good quality. When make into wine it does give out mid-full body red with unique intense red berries aroma which is different from temperate-cold climate Shiraz that give out peppery nose. Shiraz is the most variety growth within PB valley vineyard and considered as the most wildly growth variety in Thailand. |

Tempranillo |

The red variety from Rioja, Spain that doing well in Thailand but requires a constant intensive care as it is very susceptible to pest, diseases and the rain. Yield per hectare is acceptable but it does give out high quality grapes. When make into wine it does give out a full body red with spices and black skin fruits. Tempranillo is growth in limited numbers due to maintenance difficulty and it is the variety used to produce Pirom |

Cabernet Sauvignon |

| |
A classic variety from Bordeaux, France that perform well in Thailand. Cabernet Sauvignon doesn’t like water logging which is the main problem with soil in Thailand. This make it suitable to grow in our vineyard as part of the land is on hill side slope which quickly drain away excess water. The plant itself produces high quality grapes, when making into wine it give full body red with intense deep purple colour and strong roasted black coffee, black skin fruits and capsicum. |

Dorn Felder |
|

Cross hybrid variety from Germany that growth well in Thailand with ability to tolerant diseases at certain level and high in yield. When making into wine it does give a wonderful deep dark purple colour which is the unique character of this variety. This makes it suitable for blending with other wine to increase in colour intensity and to reduce down the body of bigger body wine. |

Muscat Blue |

Red variety with excellent pest and diseases tolerant which is suitable for growing in Thailand. When making into wine it does give light body red with intense rose petal aroma. |

Chenin Blanc |

| This is the most wildly grow white variety in Thailand. Chenin Blanc performs very well in Thailand with higher yield per hectare and good quality fruits. When making into wine it does give a light body wine with tropical fruits aroma like guava and pineapple. It is the main white variety we use in producing white wines and also the most planted white variety in the vineyard. |

Colombard |
|
| |
Colombard is the white variety from France that growing very well in Thailand. Traditionally Colombard was use as a row material for producing Cognac due to its acidic character but very fruity. In Thailand, Colombard seems to produce less acidic fruit because of hot climate. This make it suitable for making white wine. White wine produced from Colombard is well balanced, crisp acid, fruity and very similar to cold climate white character. |
